Senior SAP Systems Analyst
Perm / full time
Flexible – with one day per week onsite, Yorkshire based offices
£65k plus benefits
UK based.

Purpose:
Almost a twofold opportunity where you will support SAP systems across the full lifecycle including development, configuration and analysis whilst coordinating the SAP team with efficient time management.
  
Ideally you will have a breadth of expertise across SAP including configuration skills – we can consider various modules, MM, PP, PM, IM, PS, SD…
  
Working across the full lifecycle, you would be responsible for project work and BAU support, ensuring the SAP solutions are effective and meet business operational needs/goals. Whilst being able to get stuck in with the workload, you would support a small SAP team, ensuring they are performing well.
  
Main responsibilities:

• Build, document, and support sales & operations processes in SAP ECC – mainly
• Focus on process standardisation, harmonisation, and efficiency, applying SAP best industry practices
• Support the SAP team with time management, coordination of workload and looking to improve ways of working
• Assess, design, communicate, test and train new processes working with functional area managers/users
• Support and manage business change requests to ensure continuous process improvements
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to applications and data.  

Key skills:

• Solid SAP experience, end to end – ideally across the manufacturing
• SAP Functional skills, with the ability to configure solutions
• Ability to work around BAU and project
• ECC experience (S4 useful for future benefit – not a prerequisite as a great opportunity to join an S4 programme)
• Team leadership – mentoring/coaching/providing support
• Significant stakeholder management – ability to build relationships, manage expectations, gather requirements and translate jargon where necessary
• Desirable: knowledge of SAP BW / SAP Sales Cloud
• Industry – manufacturing or similar is desirable
• Would suit someone open, focused, approachable who is a team player
