bluewaveSELECT is headhunting for an SAP S/4 HANA Lead to join a global consultancy in growth mode. We’re looking for end-to-end experience and process expertise across one of the following – Quote to Cash, Source to Pay, Record to Report, Hire to Retire, Forecast to Delivery, Acquire to Retire.
  
This role would suit a proactive & process driven SAP expert with hands on experience across the full S/4HANA lifecycle. Working closely with stakeholders to advise, influence and bridge the gap between technical & functional.
  
Ideally your background includes large, complex organisations – manufacturing, consumer goods, pharma etc.
  
Key responsibilities:

• Working across the full lifecycle – design, configure, test and support on global S/4 transformations.
• Expertise across core functionalities, providing customer-tailored solutions.
• Advising clients and customers alike, looking at bridging the gap between technical and functional.
• Analysing various design options to standardise processes as per business needs.

  
Key skills:

• End-to-end S/4 implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience with one or more business process and it’s functionalities.
• Strong understanding of the Data associated with business process.
• Excellent communication skills – able to tailor for various stakeholders, clients and customers.
• Growth mindset with the ability to adapt.
• Experience from a process focused industry such as, Pharma, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, etc.
