SAP S/4HANA Data Design Lead – R2R – 12 Months – £650 Per Day – Outside IR35

Please note this role will require 3 days a week onsite in Luton.
bluewaveSELECT have been retained by a global organisation to engage with the right SAP S/4HANA Data Design Lead – R2R to support with a global SAP S/4HANA implementation with a huge pharmaceutical company.

The Data Design Lead – Record-to-Report is responsible for coordinating on business data requirements within the S/4HANA design and deployment process, along with defining and documenting the S/4HANA Enterprise Data Standards and ensuring that existing SAP ECC data is fit for purpose at the point of migration to S/4 HANA.

The role is aligned to the Enterprise Process Owner (EPO) Record-to-Report (R2R) organisation and the R2R Data Design Lead team and supports the relationship between the S/4HANA Data & Analytics organisation and the EPO organisation, whilst proactively engaging with the wider business (including data offices, governance forums and local sites) to ensure that the S/4HANA data design meets business requirements, aligns to SAP standard where possible and that S/4HANA data can be used with confidence achieving a Quality Core.

The role leads on the Design and execution of Data Standards and Governance across the R2R space, especially on Treasury related objects and general Account to Report objects including Chart of Accounts and Assets as well as the Enterprise Structure aspects.

Additional:

• Qualified Accountant with significant experience and subject matter expertise in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
• Working process experience across Treasury and Account to Report business processes with a robust data requirement understanding in these areas.
• Demonstrable knowledge of how business data requirements support process execution and analytics, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to business users.
• Experience of designing and implementing Data Definitions & Data Standards for a global enterprise with significant geographical and functional footprint.
• S/4HANA implementation programme experience.
• SAP working knowledge across transactions and reporting, including an understanding of how data integrates within the SAP architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence in a diverse, global team, within and across functions. Experience with global working and across cultures.
