We’re headhunting for an SAP Finance Support Analyst to join an end user on a permanent basis. A hybrid pattern where you will be onsite 3 days per week, Northamptonshire.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 2+ years of experience in SAP support or a finance super user with a deep understanding of SAP, looking to advance their career.
  
Key responsibilities

• Provide day to day support, mainly 1st and 2nd line across SAP Finance modules
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP related issues for end users in a timely manner
• Work closely with finance teams to understand needs and translate these into enhancements or fixed
• Assist in system testing, upgrades and data integrity checks
• Collaborate with wider SAP teams and third parties where appropriate
• Aim to influence behaviours to educate users

  
Key skills

• Some experience supporting SAP Finance tickets/queries or experience within a super user capacity
• Understanding of core financial processes (e.g., accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, cost controlling)
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills with a focus & passion for customer service
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to users
• Proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with system testing, process documentation, and user training is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment, with the ambition to upskill and improve ways of working
