People Data Lead – SuccessFactors
Perm / full time.
Hybrid, with 2 days onsite Liverpool (or London)
£70-80k plus benefits
UK based only.
  
Purpose:
To develop and deliver people data management, reporting and analytics services, providing meaningful insights aligned to the overarching business and people strategy.
  
Main responsibilities:
· Responsible for the design and delivery of people-related MI products and services.
· Have an interest in market trends and bring recommendations forward.
· Using SuccessFactors across wider business and other applications, linking to architecture.
· Ensure data quality and management, with associated procedures.
· Creates accurate, robust and comprehensible HR reporting tools, typically in the form of dashboards utilising data visualisation technology.
· Partners with People CoE’s to draw insights aligned to wider business and people strategy.
· Develops robust data architecture and data management practices.
· Drive standardisation, simplification and automation, continually looking for opportunities to improve people data management practices group wide.
· Ability to lead, driving data adoption and literacy within the People Function and across the wider business.
  
  
  
Key skills:
· Significant experience across people services and data trends, with a background in HR – reporting/analytics.
· Solid knowledge of SuccessFactors and how it fits together with wider business/other apps.
· Ability to create useful dashboards using people data and insights to help better business decision making.
· Excellent stakeholder engagement across HR and wider business.
· Keen problem solver and eye for continuous improvement with the ability to challenge and support change if appropriate.
· Excellent time management, ability to prioritise and deliver to strict deadlines.
· Data management skills across data architecture, control and compliance.
· Methodical and analytical approach, with high level of attention to detail.
· Previous exposure to heavily regulated environments is desirable.
