bluewave is headhunting for an experienced Change Manager with SAP expertise to join a growing consultancy.
Perm role offering £50-60k plus benefits package.
Flexible working, with weekly onsite in the London office.
Key responsibilities;
- Deliver end to end change management principles across a variety of clients
- Accountable for all change activities – project scope, documentation, delivery, etc
- Support the wider team and colleagues with client work
- Proactively identify and manage risks, looking for resolution, and escalating where necessary
- Ensure an effective transition of deliverables to the client, and enable them to see the benefit of change
- Produce clear and concise client communication and reports, tailoring the style and approach to suit the client
- Contribute to change strategy and provide advice to clients
- Work closely with business stakeholders at all levels of seniority – with successful change delivery at the forefront
Key skills;
- Demonstrable change experience, across the full lifecycle
- Ideally in the SAP space (or ERP/tech)
- SAP S/4HANA experience is highly desirable
- Experience within Supply Chain Management
- Consulting experience
- A customer first approach, striving to work in partnership
- Ability to work closely with varying clients and their requirements
- Passionate and collaborative individual, with a can do attitude
- Desirable – certification in change management
