bluewaveSELECT have been retained by a global organisation to engage an experienced SAP Security Consultant to support their ongoing global SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.

Role Overview
We’re looking for an SAP Security Consultant with deep expertise in SAP security and authorisations to help design and implement security frameworks across a global S/4HANA landscape. This role requires strong technical skills, combined with the ability to work closely with business and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP security roles and authorisations across S/4HANA and related systems
• Conduct user access reviews and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to define role requirements and access models
• Troubleshoot and resolve access and authorisation issues
• Support security testing and cutover activities across global deployments

Key Skills

• Extensive experience in SAP security and role design, particularly within SAP S/4HANA
• Strong understanding of authorisation concepts, GRC, and compliance frameworks
• Hands-on experience with security troubleshooting, remediation, and documentation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in large, complex programme environments
