bluewaveSELECT have been retained by a global client to engage an experienced SAP S/4HANA Materials Management & Logistics Consultant with Oil & Gas experience to support high-profile S/4HANA programmes, both progressing from design into build phase.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on SAP S/4HANA Materials Management & Logistics Consultant with Oil & Gas experience with deep configuration expertise and strong stakeholder-facing skills. The successful candidate will contribute across concurrent programmes, helping shape and deliver robust SAP solutions through the build and test phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and deliver SAP MM and logistics processes within S/4HANA
• Work closely with business and technical teams to gather, interpret, and implement requirements
• Support build, testing, and issue resolution activities
• Operate effectively across parallel programmes

Key Skills & Experience

• 7–12 years of SAP experience, with strong functional and configuration background in Materials Management and Logistics with experience in Oil & Gas
• Strong communication and client-facing ability in enterprise environments
• Priority given to candidates with SAP Field Logistics experience
• Secondary preference for those with SAP RLM (Remote Logistics Management)
• Broader experience with SAP Materials Management & Logistics also valuable
• Experience with S/4HANA implementations, especially in the build phase
