SAP S/4HANA Data Expert – Procurement – 6 Months – £550 Per Day – Outside IR35

Please note this role will require 3 days a week onsite in Luton. It may also be possible if the candidate is based closer to Macclesfield that the candidate attends there 3 days a week instead.

bluewaveSELECT have been retained by a global organisation to engage with the right SAP S/4HANA Data Expert – Procurement to support with a global SAP S/4HANA implementation with a huge pharmaceutical company.

The S/4HANA Data Expert is responsible for supporting on the definition of business data requirements within the S/4HANA design process, along with defining and documenting the S/4HANA Enterprise Data Standards and ensuring that existing ECC data is fit for purpose at the point of migration to S/4HANA for a defined group of data objects/ processes.

The role is aligned to Procurement and Materials Management and is responsible for proactively engaging with the wider business (including data offices and governance forums) and other relevant partners to ensure that the S/4HANA data design meets business requirements, aligns to SAP standard where possible and that S/4HANA data can be used with confidence achieving a Quality Core.

 Additional:

• Significant experience and domain expertise in P&MM. Proven knowledge of how business data requirements support process execution and analytics, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to business users.
• Demonstrable experience of designing and implementing Data Standards for a global enterprise with significant geographical and functional footprint.
• SAP solid understanding across transactions and reporting in an SAP environment, including an understanding of how data integrates within an SAP architecture.
• Knowledge of data objects in regard to P&MM.
• Experience of data cleanse and migrate/ data governance
• Experience of Business/IT partnering for the implementation of Data Governance related solutions.
• Strong Stakeholder Management experience at senior level
