bluewaveSELECT is headhunting for an SAP Functional Analyst with expertise across SAP MM and SAP PP ideally, to join a manufacturing end user on a permanent basis.

Pivotal hire; providing crucial support, configuration and expertise across SAP MM and SAP PP modules. This role would suit someone who is eager to contribute to the team and wider business through system improvements and expert support. We can consider stronger skills in one module than the other provided you have some knowledge and can pick the other up.
  
Key Responsibilities   

• Provide support across SAP MM and SAP PP, troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely resolution
• Configure and enhance the modules to optimise business process
• Gather and analyse business requirements, translating to SAP solutions
• Collaborate with wider teams and stakeholders to ensure system alignment with business goals
• Support upgrades, testing and data migration tasks
• Create accurate documentation and user guides
• Provide training and support where necessary
• Work across different cultures and time zones

  
Key Skills  

• Strong SAP MM and SAP PP experience across the full lifecycle – support, analysis, configuration
• Strong understanding of associated processes with an eye for continuous improvement
• Confident leading requirements gathering for implementation
• Global experience – the ability to work cross culturally and across different time zones  
• Stakeholder management at all levels of the business
• Comfortable working flexibly and in a changing environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills 
• Manufacturing sector (or similar) – desirable
• Able and flexible to travel globally for rollouts – this would usually be 1-2 weeks per quarter
