bluewaveSELECT is headhunting for an SAP Business Analyst with functional expertise to join a manufacturing end user on a permanent basis.
  
Offering £60k plus car allowance and benefits package including an enhanced pension scheme.
  
Flexible working with at least 2-3 days onsite per week – Nottingham.
  
You will play a key role in understanding business needs & wants, gathering requirements, interacting with and managing stakeholders whilst providing SAP functional support.
  
Key Responsibilities   

• Work closely with business users and stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, translate to specifications and support solutions
• Provide expertise during troubleshooting and issue resolution, to provide accurate solutions
• Collaborate with internal SAP team and external offshore resources to drive efficiency
• Liaison between teams and stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved
• Contribute to project planning, scope and design discussions
• Assist in testing and validation of SAP changes, enhancements and configurations to ensure adherence to requirements

  
Key Skills  

• Strong SAP experience ideally with broad knowledge across different modules (SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP PP, etc)
• SAP support, analysis and design – configuration is beneficial
• Knowledge of integration points and awareness of other modules
• Able to gather requirements and provide best for business solutions
• SAP ECC and S/4 (BAU and Project) – desirable
• Stakeholder management at all levels of seniority – confident building longer term relationships
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to detail
• Confident collaborating with cross functional teams and communicating technical concepts to different audiences
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Manufacturing/construction/logistics industry – beneficial
