SAP Integration Architect (P2P Solution) – £market rate – 6 months – Remote (UK)

bluewaveSELECT are recruiting an SAP Integration Architect with experience integrating cloud based P2P Procurement solutions into SAP S/4 HANA. This is a role with a technology driven organisation looking to integrate a non-SAP cloud based procurement product into an existing SAP S/4 HANA landscape.

The SAP Integration Architect should therefore have a good grasp of SAP modules assigned to the P2P process including SAP MM-PUR and SAP FI-AP and integration points to others, coupled with knowledge of SAP BTP and working to deliver strong product integration for procurement solutions such as, Ariba, Coupa, GEP, Ivalua, etc… (essentially a grasp of various P2P solutions).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the integration architecture to connect the non-SAP cloud-based procurement solution with the SAP S/4 HANA landscape, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and solution providers to gather requirements, identify integration points, and ensure alignment with organisational goals and best practices.
• Leverage in-depth knowledge of SAP modules related to the P2P process (e.g., SAP MM-PUR and SAP FI-AP) to ensure that integrations are efficient, accurate, and optimised for procurement operations.
• Work with procurement tool/team to ensure successful integration, taking into account the specific functionalities, APIs, and business process workflows.
• Develop test plans and conduct system integration testing to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of the integrated solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the integration process, including creating and maintaining technical documentation, best practices, and knowledge sharing with the team to support long-term sustainability of the integration.
