SAP Solution Architect – Supply Chain
Hybrid with 3 days per week onsite – Yorkshire or Northamptonshire.
Salary: £80-85k plus car allowance, bonus scheme and benefits.
Perm / full time.
We’re headhunting for an experienced SAP Solution Architect with Supply Chain expertise to join a manufacturing end user on a permanent basis.
UK based, hybrid working with 3 days onsite per week – offices are Yorkshire or Northamptonshire.
As the SAP Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in the solution design and delivery, whilst aligning to strategy and fulfilling business objectives.
You will work closely & collaboratively with stakeholders to gather & understand their requirements, provide expert guidance on solutions, and ensure success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop high level solution designs and blueprints that align with business goals
- Design the overall SAP architecture for supply chain processes, ensuring scalability, performance and integration with other SAP modules
- Define and guide customisation based on specific needs
- Support IT strategy development across the system landscape whilst championing best practice
- Continual improvements to solution delivery – change management, solution documentation, build management etc
- Project leadership ensuring timely delivery and end to end support
- Work with the business and stakeholders to gather, understand and document requirements relating to supply chain
- Build longstanding relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business; present insights, provide guidance, and demonstrate benefits
Key skills:
- Extensive SAP solution architecture experience with a focus on Supply Chain solutions
- Module expertise should span SAP SD, MM, PP with integration knowledge
- Ability to work end to end – owning and delivering solution design through to implementation
- S4HANA experience is highly desirable
- Excellent stakeholder management, including senior level and business wide
- Acts as SME for SAP supply chain solutions
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, remain calm under pressure and champion best practice
- Experience of key architecture governance/methodologies such as TOGAF
- A willingness to get involved, go above and beyond and support stakeholders, internal and external
- Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
