SAP Solution Architect (strategy)
Offering £100k plus car allowance £6k, bonus scheme and full benefits.
Remote working, with once a month travel to office – North West.

We’re headhunting for an experienced SAP Solution Architect with a focus on strategy and future planning; someone who can provide expertise on SAP solutions and roadmaps ensuring alignment to business goals – to support the S/4 transformation.
A critical hire where you will shape and drive the SAP strategy, be the go to person for SAP related queries/questions from senior leadership and strive for innovation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for SAP solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, architecture and wider business to ensure robust roadmaps
- Influence and guide direction of SAP solution design
- Ensure that SAP architecture designs are exact and support business objectives – make key design decisions and complete relevant documentation
- Adaptable and comfortable to provide input, challenge and guide colleagues/stakeholders to ensure that SAP solutions meet business needs
- Ensure that SAP architecture aligns with governance and standards, whilst championing best practices
- Contribute to the architecture community, share knowledge, support others and bring positivity
Key skills
- Strong background in SAP solution design, architecture and best practice
- Extensive experience in defining SAP strategy at enterprise level
- Confidence working on complex SAP projects with integrated end to end solutions
- Ability to future plan and provide direction for architecture
- Demonstrable experience in creating and implementing roadmaps
- Significant stakeholder management experience; ability to collaborate, manage expectations, influence and support direction, and implement robust roadmaps
- Working with wider business and partnering with executive level – confident in communication and interaction with different stakeholders
- Ability to present and share updates relating to SAP solution architecture, with an eye for continuous improvement
- Positive, proactive and keen to maintain relationships
- Desirables include;
- S/4HANA experience
- SAP Finance knowledge
- Retail/FMCG/Logistics or similar sector
