SAP S/4HANA Process Mapping Expert – 6 months – £450-£500 Per Day – Outside IR35

Please note this role requires 5 days per week in either Macclesfield or Luton, UK depending on candidate location. The 5 days per week will be reduced to a hybrid working model once a good working model is in place.

bluewaveSELECT have been retained by a global organisation to engage with the right SAP S/4HANA Process Mapping Expert to support with global SAP S/4HANA implementation with a huge pharmaceutical company.

Overview:
You will be a key member of the Process Excellence team, driving the introduction and use of business process methods and tools to ensure the success of the design, implementation and use of business processes on major projects including SAP S/4HANA. You will bring experience of business process execution and problem solving to support transformational change. Able to work with a network of stakeholders to inform requirements and change impacts, develop a forward plan and drive plan delivery.

Additional:

• Strong Process Mapping skills & experience
• Process thinking skills/process excellence experience
• Experience of using or managing BPM applications – BIC desirable or process mapping tool
• SAP S/4HANA experience advantageous/ERP experience
• Experience in working in global complex organisation in the context of an ERP
• Confident presenter and live process mapping workshop facilitator
• Experienced in providing training and coaching
• Excellent networking, collaboration, and communication skills
• Confident in engaging with stakeholders

Experience in the some of the following areas below advantageous. They span across clinical finance supply and manufacturing.

• Network & Supply Chain Planning
• Produce to Dispatch Door
• Order & Distribution to cash
• R2R including Tax & Treasury
• Enterprise Planning
• Intelligent Clinical Supply Management
• Material Procurement & Purchase to Pay

Desirable Skills

• Experience in a similar Process Excellence role
• Experience of working with financial or quality process controls
