Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Function Delivery Representative with advanced proficiency in SAP for Retail Merchandising and Assortment Planning to join our team. This role requires a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead and deliver on key project initiatives, ensuring successful execution and optimization of retail merchandising processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and track work assignments based on project deliverables, allocated budgets, and timelines.
- Ensure team execution aligns with standard methods or approved processes, delivering quality outcomes on schedule.
- Provide leadership and expertise, making critical team and project-level decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to identify and implement innovative solutions to project challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor to your team, providing solutions to complex problems and fostering cross-team collaboration.
- Optimize merchandise and assortment planning processes through innovative strategies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in retail merchandising and assortment planning.
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in SAP for Retail Merchandising, including Sites, Assortment/Listing, and Layout Modules.
- Advanced expertise in SAP for Retail System Integration, Technology Architecture, and SAP Core Merchandising & Master Data.
- Proven track record in managing and delivering projects in a retail environment, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a demonstrated ability to guide and manage teams effectively.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and achieve project objectives.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with emerging trends and best practices in retail merchandise planning and assortment strategies.
