SAP P2P – 12 Month Contract – €500 Outside IR35 – 4/5 days onsite in Dublin
bluewaveSELECT have been retained by an organization to engage with an SAP P2P Consultant. This role requires four days onsite in Ireland expenses paid.
Key Responsibilities:
- SAP Implementation and Support: Lead the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP P2P modules, including Materials Management (MM), Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), and related components, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Process Optimization: Analyze current procurement and supply chain processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Implement best practices for P2P processes, including procurement, invoice management, and vendor management.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with procurement, finance, supply chain, and IT teams to gather business requirements and provide solutions that integrate SAP P2P functionalities effectively.
- Compliance and Control: Ensure all P2P processes comply with relevant financial and regulatory standards, including GxP, SOX, and other industry-specific regulations.
- Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions for end-users. Create and maintain detailed documentation for processes, configurations, and support.
- Project Management: Manage SAP P2P projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project deliverables. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
