We’re headhunting for an SAP OTC Analyst to join a global manufacturing end user on a permanent basis.
  
A remote role (UK based) where you will provide SAP functional support, configure solutions and collaborate with the wider SAP team and business to support implementation.
  
With the S/4HANA programme in flight, this is a critical appointment to liaise with the business to define requirements, work with functional leads to drive standardisation and reduce customisations.
  
Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the business to drive standardisation of business processes – SAP OTC
• Configure and support SAP solutions whilst reducing customisation
• Support the configuration of SAP S/4HANA OTC and related modules; develop scenarios and test to address business requirements
• Provide support in master data configuration decisions, data cleansing and extraction for migration
• Provide expert guidance on best practice in adopting S/4HANA out-of-the-box solutions in SAP Order-to-Cash
• Participate in discussions around integration between SAP and non SAP applications – IDOCs, EDI etc
• Engage with stakeholders, globally to ensure alignment to strategy – aiming to build effective relationships

  
  
  
Key skills

• 3+ years’ experience in SAP OTC
• End to end expertise including configuration, support, in depth process knowledge and analysis
• S/4HANA implementation experience
• Ability to gather and understand business requirements
• Ability to optimise business processes and ensure stakeholders are in the know
• Excellent stakeholder engagement – flexible approach, collaborative, knowledge share
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable working across different time zones if required
• Manufacturing sector experience (or similar)
