• Fluent Portuguese speakers preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Developing the overall Change Management Strategy
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Communication Plan & Training Coordination
• Change Impact Assessment
• User Adoption & Readiness
• Post-Go-Live Support

Key Requirements

• Fluent Portuguese speakers preferred
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in change management roles, with at least 5 years specifically focused on SAP implementations (S/4HANA preferred)
• Proven track record of leading change management initiatives in large, complex, multi-site projects.
• Previous experience with European S/4HANA rollouts and working with international stakeholders is a strong advantage
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA and the associated business processes, particularly in finance, logistics, and procurement.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, frameworks, and tools
