Role Summary:
This role focuses on supporting financial operations by implementing, integrating, and upgrading Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) and other major ERP systems. It requires expertise in financial systems, data migration, reporting, and project delivery, with a strong emphasis on testing and documentation.

Top 4 Skills to Look for:

1. Oracle CC&B or ERP Implementation: 3+ years with Oracle CC&B in a functional/technical role, and experience with ERP systems like SAP or PeopleSoft.
2. Finance Department Support: Hands-on experience in finance operations, particularly during month-end processes in multinational or utility businesses.
3. Database and SQL Skills: Strong background in SQL, PLSQL, and tools like SQL Developer or Toad.
4. Project Management and Testing: Experience in managing large IT projects, data migration, integration, testing activities, and producing key project documents.
